Aviva is close to assembling a significant regeneration site in London’s Midtown on which 600,000 sq ft floor space could be built as part of a mixed-use development.
This week, it was announced that TheTrainline.com has leased 25,300 sq ft of Farringdon Road offices, to become Picton property company’s first tenant at the landmark building in Clerkenwell.
Subject to planning, a £30m development proposal for Leeds city centre will see the construction of a 130 bedroom hotel and 50,000 square foot of grade A office space to let. This mixed use scheme situated beside Leeds mainline station, is being masterminded by a joint venture team comprising Gregory Projects and Marshall Construction.
