Altran Praxis Software Company to Let Office Space in Bath
Altran Praxis has now agreed a 17,000 sq ft office lease in the SouthGate retail district. The new office space is located on the 2nd-floor adjacent to Debenhams.

Mike Greenan, managing director of Altran Praxis said: “SouthGate provides us with modern and innovative new premises and supports our continued growth and investment in the UK.”
Since its foundation in 1983 the technology group has grown its revenues to over £290m.
Altran Praxis develops computer programmes for engineering specialists within the aerospace, nuclear, rail, and medical sectors.
The IT firm is a major employer within the city and staff will relocate from its existing Bath offices on Manver’s Street to executive offices in BA1.
At close to 20,000 sq ft local property agents report that it is among the largest Bath office rental lettings in the past five years.
