Anvic Developments Acquire Manchester Business Centre
One of Manchester’s most established Business Centres is now under the management of Anvic Developments. It was previously owned by a smaller independent operator, but has become more established thanks to the management of Anvic, who are also responsible for Piccadilly House which was short-listed for the RICS North West Award.
The Manchester site is just one of four Anvic Developments North West centres. The space benefits from having great access to all city centre amenities without being situated in the congested part of town. Piccadilly Railway Station is a brief 10 minute walk away while on-site car parking facilities are in abundance providing 100 spaces for both staff and visitors.
