Bristol offices now full at Brabazon Office Park
Terrace Hill has announced that is has successfully disposed off the last its two remaining Bristol offices to rent in BS34.
The AIM-listed property developer has a regional office in Bristol city centre, in addition to the Brabazon office park. Terrace Hill was able to negotiate the leasing of one unit and the freehold sale of another, to secure full occupation of the Bristol business park.
The plastic mould manufacturer Quest Engineering has taken 4,757 sq ft on a ten-year lease, whilst Fable Trading has paid £895,000 for 5,221 sq ft of Bristol office space.
Brabazon Office Park covers 2.7 acre site close the operations of BAE Systems and Airbus that surround the nearby Filton Airfield. The Filton area is situated to the North of the city and offers 45,000 sq ft of office space to let.
