InterCall moving to 14,000 sq ft of office space in Bracknell
Arlington Square, the Bracknell business centre, has attracted a major new office tenant.

InterCall has agreed a new 6-year lease on 14,000 sq ft of Berkshire office space. The online meeting provider will pay a rent of £20 per sq ft for the new UK headquarters are within 5 Arlington Square in Bracknell. which were formally home to the finance company Paratus AMC.
The US firm is the world’s largest provider of video and conference calls and has its headquarters in Chicago. InterCall already has a UK team based in a Gloucester office rental and will now expand its operations from serviced office space in Bracknell.

The Arlington Sq RG12 office letting is the first substantial office deal in Bracknell of the year. Local agents anticipate that 2012 will build on the healthy demand for offices that were experienced by the town last year.
