New Tenants at Riverside Office Rental in Manchester
Bruntwood properties have successfully let a further 33,472 sq ft of Manchester office space within the Riverside office complex.

The modern air conditioned M3 office rental is located beside the River Irwell with close links to Salford Central train station.
Having invested £5m to renovate the 140,000 sq ft office building, the landlord is pleased to have attracted three new tenants over the past quarter.
A Bruntwood spokesman said: “Riverside is Manchester city centre’s best performing commercial property… equating to 11% of the city centre take up.”
Last OBS Group, a procurement specialist has signed a lease for 2,285 sq ft of Manchester office space and Target Marketing Solutions have taken 5,683 sq ft. While in May, the Money Plus Group agreed to let 21,500 sq ft executive office suite in M3.

The Salford office property is now 80% full, with the landlord offering space for £15.50/sq ft.
