Staines Serviced Offices To Be Launched
A brand new 300,000 sq ft site in Staines is set to be launched thanks to Spelthorne Council. This has been a year long discussion process with the Council and will include residential space, retail space and a hotel.
The site will surround a public plaza in front of Staines High Street and there will be superb access to basement car parking. Staines is becoming popular fast becoming a thriving commercial town with two large companies currently seeking to base themselves there. One of these companies is Centrica, the energy company who recently took more than 100 workstations there.

The energy company is now looking for 100,000 sq ft in Staines while Astellas Pharma is looking for the same amount of space. It therefore seems that Staines will soon be making quite a name for itself in the Serviced Office Market.
