Sustainability Consultants Rent Bristol Offices at Royal London Buildings
IMS Consulting offers sustainability advice to leading property and energy companies, including General Electric and Skanska Construction.
The consultancy has chosen to rent 1,331 sq ft of refurbished offices in Bristol, having been attracted by the eco-credentials of this city centre office rental.
Graham Sprigg a spokesman for IMS Consulting explained that: “Royal London Buildings has facilities that encourage sustainable working practices including ample indoor bicycle storage – encouraging cycling to work – and new shower facilities. Threadneedle Investments has confirmed that IMS is among the three firms that it has struck Bristol office rental deals with, at the Royal London Buildings on Baldwin Street, BS1.
Aisgill Business Solutions have also moved into a new executive office suite in Bristol at in the centre of the commercial district.
While elsewhere in the building, True Digital the online marketing agency has expanded to occupy the entire first floor.
