1. What type of workspaces do you list?

We market all types of office space from private, serviced offices to coworking space to managed workspaces. We would recommend that landlords looking to list offer serviced office space/managed offices given the demand for flexibility and a “plug-and-play” solution.

2. Are you involved in the entire process, or do you just introduce clients?

To ensure a smooth process for our clients, we are involved from the start until the client has signed a rental agreement with you. By taking an active role in the process, we can advise clients on which space is best suited, increasing your chances of receiving the right type of enquiries.

3. Is there a minimum term in our agreement?

No. You can choose to stop receiving enquiries from us at any time and we can begin re-introducing clients later should you need us again. There is no cost to you for starting or stopping the contract as our fees are based on success only. Please see our provider terms for more details.

4. Have you found many offices for organisations in the past?
