Workers had to be evacuated from their Regent Street Business Centre and needed urgent accommodation in order to continue operating. Future Capital Partners and Aramid were the two companies which had to be forced out of the premises. Avanta kept to their promise of guaranteeing the two businesses a safe haven to operate from and did not disappoint by securing them a space the following Monday. Avanta’s seamless intervention continued with them securing a consignment of laptops the following Tuesday.
Chief Executive of Future Capital Partners, Tim Levy commented “The Avanta team helped to rescue our business from the ashes of the Dean Street fire. Their quick response means that we have been re-housed overnight, and there has been minimal disruption to our business, and most importantly, our clients”.
David Kinnaird, Group Operations Director of Avanta attributes their excellence, despite such adversity, to their abundance of flexible solutions. Mr Kinnaird said “Providing flexible workspace solutions with an easy-in no hassle attitude is what Avanta excels at. It was obviously a very traumatic experience for both companies, so our team worked diligently right through the weekend to ensure that they both suffered the minimum of disruption and that their businesses could be fully functional again first thing on Monday morning.”
