Rising to a height of 800 ft, the 50-storey tower has dominated the Docklands skyline since it opened in 1991 and offers 1.2million sq ft of business space.
The National Bank of Abu Dhabi is to lease 11,500 sq ft on Level 28, while The Medical Defence Union (MDU) is to rent 47,000 sq ft of E14 office space on the levels 32 and 33.
The MDU was originally founded in 1885 and provides professional medical indemnity cover for doctors, dentists and other healthcare professionals.
MDU has agreed to a 15 year lease and will complete the relocation from their current South Bank offices by the start of 2015. The majority of the MDU staff will be based on the 33rd level while the company will partially occupy the 32nd level.
Meanwhile, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi is expanding to open its second London office having operated in the UK since 1977. The UAE-owned bank will retain its current office in Knightsbridge.

The iconic Canary Wharf skyscraper is already home to an impressive list of tenants, which includes the newspaper group Trinity Mirror plc, JP Morgan investment bank and Regus who provide Serviced Offices within the building.
