British Land has now fully let all 320,000 sq ft of NW1 office space within 10 Brock Street. All the more impressive, as the Euston Road development was only completed three months ago. Facebook, the social media giant will soon join existing occupiers Whitefoord LLP, Debenhams and Manchester City FC at the Wilkinson Eyre designed office building.
British Land’s Head of Offices, Tim Roberts revealed his delight at the deal and lablled it a result of "the appeal of 10 Brock Street and Regent's Place alike to occupiers looking for high quality office space in a convenient central location.”
Regent's Place has been developed on a 13 acre site that surrounds the Euston Tower. The 36-storey office block is at the top of the Tottenham Court Road and serves as a prominent landmark on the West End’s horizon, alongside the BT Tower. 10 Brock Street has now become the latest addition to development.
Last year, Debenhams completed one of the biggest West End prelet deals of the past six years, when the retail group signed up for 174,500 sq ft of space within the building.
Having committed to a 10 year lease on three floors of the Euston Business Centre, Facebook will soon begin moving staff to NW1 from its Covent Garden headquarters on Earlham Street, WC2.
