The Serviced Office operator i2 Office has agreed to lease 18,000 sq ft of business space within Pinnacle MK.
Conveniently located near to Milton Keynes Central station with ample parking, the 11-storey building is prominently positioned at the corner of Midsummer Boulevard and Grafton Gate. i2 Office already has a presence within the Buckinghamshire commercial hub at Luminous House on South Row. To continue the firm’s expansion, i2 Office sought professional advice from JLL to find another Milton Keynes office rental. Together they were able to secure a total of 17,500 sq ft at the nearby Pinnacle MK, which will shortly be released as Executive Offices for rent in MK9. Aberdeen Asset Management has now announced that the Pinnacle MK office development is fully occupied. Acting on behalf of its clients, Aberdeen Asset Mgt. recently signed up Baker Tilly and Catapult Transport Systems in addition to i2 Office.
The three occupiers will join an impressive tenant list of legal, accountancy and insurance organisations. These professional companies include Dentons solicitors and the insurance broker Marsh, as well as accountants from both Deloitte and Mazars. In fact, Baker Tilly chartered accountants will be taking on a further 6,500 sq ft offices on the first floor, to complement the 9,700 sq ft office suite that they already occupy on the ground floor.
