2Plan Wealth Management’s Recruitment Director, Mike Whitehouse attributes City Spirit’s success to their location and flexibility in terms of the services provided.
Mr Whitehouse said “I am sure that we will feel very much at home and the offices will provide all of our existing and future IFAs with the facilities and resources they require to work efficiently and effectively in the region”.
The current economic climate almost dictates that the only way office providers can secure their position in the market is by competing on price.
However, Managing Director of City Spirit St Paul’s, Anne Corstorphine said “Whilst undoubtedly clients are expecting us to compete on price, especially at the moment, we continue to stay true to our values of delivering an exceptional service and finding ways of helping our clients generate more business by being based at our premises. We also work with our clients to deliver flexible packages to meet their changing requirements”.
Business relationships within City Spirit St Paul’s are also being forged with 2Plan managing to use the strengths of other companies based within the complex. In return, 2Plan have been able to offer their specialist financial expertise to certain organisations.
Anne Corstorphine said “By focusing on looking after our existing customers, we are also attracting new ones – a strategy that we hope will help us to continue bucking the trend this year”.
