Rockspring fund management has formed a joint venture with Exton Estates, to complete two head office quality buildings. The combined scheme will comprise 60,000 sq ft of TW18 office space spread over 3 and 4 levels.
The partners are investing £17m on a high quality spec to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
The eco-conscious office space to let will be available for occupation by the Spring of 2013. The office development site has good access to the M25 and was purchased from Hammerson plc.
