Bayswater is one of London’s most cosmopolitan areas and a diverse population, with attractive streets, traditional architecture, garden squares lined with Victorian stucco terraces and mews houses, glass fronted apartments and art deco-inspired buildings. Once famous for having the highest concentration of hotels in London, many of the hotels in Bayswater have been converted into residential blocks and office premises.
