About Caledonian Road
Approximately a mile and a half in length, Caledonian Road, or ‘Cally’ as it is colloquially known, connects North London with central London’s Pentonville Road. Most of the commercial activity on the road starts from Camden Road underground station to where the road meets Pentonville Road, around the corner from King’s Cross station. The street features a mix of modern buildings and Georgian terraces, housing a wide range of serviced offices to rent.
Caledonian Road has its fair share of architecturally important and interesting buildings, including an Italianate Methodist Chapel, the Caledonian Estate and Pentonville Prison. A wide range of businesses are housed in office space on Caledonian Road, including engineers, construction firms, IT companies and accounting firms. As a result of vast development in the King’s Cross area, there has been an influx of businesses moving to office space along Caledonian Road.
