Hogarth Davies Lloyd is a specialist recruitment consultancy serving the finance sector. They reached out to us in search of flexible office space to rent in Mayfair, and we found them a space that ticked every box.
What Hogarth Davies Lloyd Needed
Hogarth Davies Lloyd came to us ready to return to the office following the pandemic. They were looking for a plug-and-play serviced office for a team of 15, with the flexibility to adapt as their needs changed.
They were seeking a period-style building in Mayfair with plenty of natural light and quality amenities. Their team also requested meeting rooms and breakout space to balance client meetings with collaboration and downtime.
How We Helped Narrow the Options
Once we had a clear picture of what they needed, we handpicked a range of options and arranged virtual viewings. This allowed us to narrow down the shortlist before gathering proposals and arranging physical viewings. From here, a clear front-runner emerged, and we began negotiations on their behalf.
The Office They Rented
Hogarth Davies Lloyd took space in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on Hill Street, which met their preference for a period-style property. The exterior reflects traditional Mayfair architecture, and the interior retains much of its historic character, with a grand staircase and an original fireplace.
The building features large sash windows, which let in excellent natural light, something that was important for them. The office also delivered on their request for meeting rooms and a breakout area, providing space for private discussions, focused work and relaxation.
We felt the walled garden was a particularly valuable addition for a team returning to the office, offering a peaceful space away from their desks.
We secured a good deal on their preferred terms, including a Covid clause to help protect them against future lockdowns, which was a priority for them at the time of signing.
