Kier Construction are one of the largest construction companies in the UK. They came to us needing office space to rent in Euston, and we found them a solution that met their requirements.
Kier’s Office Requirements
Kier Construction approached us looking for a short-term, private serviced office in Euston. Their team would be travelling back and forth to the project site throughout the day, so finding an office in proximity was essential. They were seeking space for up to 30 desks, along with room for informal meetings.
How We Secured the Right Space
As the decision to take space depended on Kier winning a tender, we began identifying suitable buildings in advance, ensuring we were ready to move quickly once they were able to proceed. We arranged viewings at the two offices closest to their project site, and they identified their preferred option within a day.
Why Euston Was a Good Fit for Kier Construction
Keir have now rented an office space in Euston at a very favourable rate on a short-term agreement. They have also been given the option to renew their new London office space at the same rate if they needed to extend their agreement.
Renting a short-term office in Euston meant Kier Construction were within walking distance of their project site. As a large national firm, the area’s strong transport links also suited their team.
Euston station and nearby King’s Cross St Pancras serve multiple tube lines, as well as national and international rail services. Direct access to the wider road network also meant staff travelling in from different parts of the country could reach the office with ease.

Kier rented a serviced office in a striking Art Deco building on Eversholt Street. The property occupies a prominent corner position opposite Euston station.
Meeting rooms were fully equipped with large screens, making them well-suited to project briefings and presentations. The kitchen and breakout facilities, combined with a roof terrace, also provide space for informal meetings and catch-ups, fulfilling Kier’s brief.
When viewing, we noticed that the interiors were well-lit throughout, thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. This helps to create a pleasant environment, making the office a more comfortable base for employees between site visits.
We secured Kier a favourable rate on a short-term agreement, with the option to renew at the same rate should they need to extend the term.
