The Office Space They Selected Near Waterloo

Comet took space on Blackfriars Road in an impressive four-storey Victorian property with a strong street presence. The office is located near Waterloo station, providing good accessibility for the team.

The workspace came fully furnished, which was essential for Comet, and allowed them to move in and begin working straight away. Well-equipped meeting rooms provided a dedicated space for client discussions and internal catch-ups.

We particularly liked the generous breakout space, which benefits from a large skylight that lets in ample natural light. This, along with banquette seating, creates a relaxed and welcoming setting for their staff.

During our visit, we noticed that the building also has a fitness studio, which we felt was an excellent addition that further enhanced the employee experience.

Our team negotiated a good deal, and Comet were able to move in immediately, with everything completed in less than a week from our initial call.
