About Canada Water
Located in South East London, Canada Water is part of the Docklands. A highly sought-after office location, Canada Water gets its name from its freshwater and wildlife lake, Canada Dock, the only fresh water lake in London Docklands. Canada Water has been subject to extensive redevelopment in recent years, with several purpose-built, contemporary business centres built in the area, offering a mix of private and shared office space.

Transport Links
Canada Water underground and overground rail station provides regular services to all areas of London, ideal for companies renting offices in the area. Canary Wharf is just one stop away, whilst Westminster and Bond Street are a short journey. Overground services provide quick access to the City of London, with Shoreditch High Street and Liverpool Street just 10 minutes. There are several good bus routes serving the area, departing from the Canada Water bus station.
Shopping and Leisure
The Surrey Quays Shopping Centre provides a good variety of high street names, department stores and independent outlets. There is a cinema complex and bowling alley in the shopping centre, as well as coffee shops and cafés. Alongside a range of modern offices, there is a good range of bars and restaurants, predominantly around the lake, such as Café East and The Mayflower pub, a 17th century riverside pub with live music.
