1. What type of space do you list?

We market different type of space Serviced offices, Coworkspace, Managed workspace and leased offices. The majority of offices we market are private serviced offices and managed workspace. We would recommend that landlords offer serviced/managed offices given the demand for flexibility and a ‘ready-to-go’ solution.

2. Are you involved in the whole process or just introducing the client

In order to ensure a smooth process, from start to finish, we will be involved in the entire process until the client has signed a rental agreement with you. By taking an active involvement in the full process, it enables us to advise the client as to which type of space is suitable, increasing your chances of receiving the right type of enquiries.

3. Is there a minimum term in our agreement?

You can at any time choose to stop receiving applicants from us. We can begin re-introducing at a further date should you need us again. There is no cost of either commencing or stopping the contract. Our fees are based on success only.

4. Have you found many offices before for organisations?

We have been an agent for the flexible workspace sector since 2002 and have placed 1000’s of individual and larger organisations in offices throughout that time. Every day we are renting offices, so you are in experienced hands.
