About Harlow
Harlow is a planned town in Essex, bordering Hertfordshire and London. Harlow is home to a number of serviced offices to rent, housing a wide range of businesses including technology companies, healthcare firms and finance businesses. Old Harlow was a village with early Victorian buildings, many of which still stand today. The Harlow New Town was built following the end of World War II, offering a mix of modern office buildings for companies to choose from.
In recent years, Harlow’s town centre has been redeveloped with many of the original buildings being rebuilt, many now housing flexible office space. A dominant feature of Harlow is its green spaces, with more than a third of the area being fields and parkland with a range of public footpaths.

Transport Links
Harlow’s excellent transport links attract businesses to offices in the area. The M11 motorway passes the town to the east, linking with Junction 7, and runs from Cambridge to London. The A120 leads to the M25 orbital motorway, whilst the A414 is the major road that goes through the town and links with the A10.
Harlow is served by two train stations; Harlow Town serves the town, while Harlow Mill serves the eastern area of the town. Harlow’s bus network is a regional hub and links with many local towns and villages surrounding Harlow, including a regular service to Epping underground station. Stansted Airport is just ten miles from Harlow and operates a wide range of scheduled and commercial international flights.
Shopping, Restaurants and Leisure
The Staple Tye, The Harvey Centre and The Water Gardens shopping centres are home to a plethora of high street chains and well-known national retailers, famous fashion brands and designer labels, as well as more specialist stores, cafés, bars and coffee shops. Harlow’s High Street has a range of independent retailers, convenience stores, delicatessens, bakeries and local shops in addition to a wide selection of offices in modern business centres.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs and cafés in and around Harlow including the King Du Noodle Bar restaurant, Marco’s Italian Restaurant, The Dusty Miller Pub, Travellers Friend and Spurriers House Café.
