Exposed brickwork and concrete pillars give the building an industrial feel. The Crittall windows bring in a level of natural light which is rare for converted warehouses. Bright artwork and neutral interiors make the space feel warm and open, while the exposed ceilings enhance the sense of height. The meeting rooms and phone booths are available for focused work, while the breakout area has a noticeably cosier atmosphere.

The onsite team were welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the building felt busy while we were there. Our first impression of the space was that it was stylish with high-quality finishes. The meeting rooms felt well-insulated, and conversations inside were completely contained. The bathrooms were also a surprising highlight, as we often find them to be an afterthought in terms of design.
