About Surrey Quays

Located in south-east London in Rotherhithe, Surrey Quays is primarily a residential area that is becoming an increasingly popular office location with companies that want to benefit from its prime location. While the docks were officially closed in the late 1960s, a huge regeneration of the area started taking place in the 1980s, transforming the area into a modern mixed-use development while retaining much of the character of the docklands.

Surrey Quays is home to a number of different businesses, from small law firms and banking services to technology call centres and estate agents. Businesses enjoy working in Surrey Quays as it provides great connections to the financial hubs of London, without the central London price tag. Being so close to Canary Wharf and Canada Water makes this location ideally suited to companies in the financial sector, as it is close enough to make networking convenient and easy.
