About Berkeley Square

Berkley Square is a town square in Mayfair in the heart of the West End, boasting beautiful green gardens. An affluent area of central London, Berkley Square is home to a number of beautiful period buildings. The Square today is almost entirely occupied by high status offices, housing a number of hedge funds and finance firms. The public gardens in the centre are Grade II listed, containing enormous London Plane trees which are the oldest in central London, planted in 1789.

Office Properties in Berkeley Square

Most of the prime luxury office space in Berkeley Square is found in converted period and listed buildings, which have been beautifully restored and refurbished. There are also dedicated modern prestigious business centres that are glass-fronted and incorporate listed buildings in to the development.

Home to hedge fund, wealth management and high end businesses, there is a variety of office space available from suites to coworking space and private meeting rooms, all within a short walk of Green Park and Bond Street underground stations.

Transport Connections

Berkeley Square can be easily reached from Green Park underground station on the Piccadilly, Jubilee and Victoria lines, and Bond Street underground station on the Central and Jubilee lines, making the area extremely appealing for companies searching for office space. Alternatively, bus route 22 passes through Berkeley Square, while a number of other bus stops are within a short walk.

Eateries and Entertainment

Prime offices share street space with a range of delicatessens, independent fashion outlets and boutiques, coffee shops, bars and restaurants including Lola’s Cupcakes in Mayfair, Annabel’s, arguably one of the most elegant clubs in the world, The Only Running Footman, a popular pub and restaurant, Butler’s restaurant at the Chesterfield Hotel, and Bocconcino Restaurant serving Italian, Mediterranean and European cuisine.

The London Palladium, Criterion Theatre and Wigmore Hall, perhaps the grandest concert hall in London, are just a short distance away.
