Sources in the commercial property market report that LEO has acquired the property comprising 31,600 sq ft of grade A office space on a 15-year lease. This purchase takes its total portfolio to 820,000 sq ft located over 35 assets. The new space makes up the first, second and fifth floors of the building. The fifth floor is to feature a private roof terrace with splendid views over this sought after Central London area.

The commercial property is located in a well-known part of Mayfair, right at the corner of Grosvenor Square. 20 North Audley Street presents a newly refurbished corner building located in close proximity to the multitude of amenities of Oxford Street. The property is situated within a short walk from Bond Street Underground Station. It is worth mentioning that commercial property investment had hit record levels in the first quarter of 2017.
