Three storeys of the Global Holdings Management Group offices in London have been leased by London Executive Offices. The premises at North Audley Street take up 31,600 sq. ft. of space and have recently been taken over by LEO in a bid to expand their portfolio of serviced offices in London’s West End.

General talk throughout the property market in London say that they have taken over a section of top-rated office space within the building with a 15-year lease agreement. They have both the first and second floor of the premises as multi-use office space. They have also taken over the roof terrace area on the 5th floor, which gives them amazing views over the West End.

The addition of the 31,600 sq. ft. of office spaces means that their total office portfolio now expands over 35 properties and takes up 820,000 sq. ft. of space.

Located right next to Grosvenor Square, their newly acquired premises are situated within a well-known area of Mayfair; not fair from Oxford Street. It is a well sought after area for work premises as Oxford Street and the immediate surrounding area offer such a wide range of amenities to choose from. The building has recently been refurbished and is also just a short distance from Bond Street Tube Station, both of which make the building even more desirable.

The Sales & Marketing Director of LEO, Beth Hampson, talked about how pleased they were to be expanding their property portfolio. LEO considers itself to be the number one company within London to offer serviced office space and this acquisition further cements their offering within the industry.

As commercial property investments have high record levels so far in 2017, LEO has certainly picked a great time to make such an investment and the world of flexible office space will undoubtedly be watching to see what their next move will be.
