This area was once a seafaring hub and is famous for being the location of where the Mayflower first set sail, but since the docks closed, it has become a mix of historic buildings and modern developments housing a range of flexible offices. It is also served by over ten bus routes, making it easy for commuters to get around the city. From South Bermondsey, Victoria Station is 36 minutes away, the City of London is 21 minutes away, and Paddington Station is just under 50 minutes from the area. London Bridge, meanwhile, can be reached in just 12 minutes for easy commutes.
