About Noho

An unofficial term that has become widely used, Noho is a creative area that spans the north of Oxford Street between Tottenham Court Road and Great Titchfield Street into Fitzrovia. A lively area of central London, Noho is a desirable business address for companies looking to rent office space in an exciting central London location with excellent transport connections. Over the last two decades, Noho has established itself as the hub of creative media, as well as a host of fashionable bars and restaurants.

In the 1970s to the 1990s, this area was renowned for being a hub for the fashion sector. Today, however, Noho is well-suited to media companies and creative brands as it is home to a number of warehouse-style offices and commercial premises that are freckled with quirky details such as exposed brickwork, high ceilings and wooden flooring. Some of the most notable businesses in the Noho area include international TV production companies, architects, interior design firms and strategists.

Noho Office Space

Many of Noho’s offices are housed in traditional properties that have been refurbished to provide workers with a modern and stylish work environment. Moments from bus routes and Underground stations, these offices provide a great setting for businesses in a range of different sectors who want a central address and great nearby facilities. In particular, small to medium-sized businesses of up to 60 people will have plenty commercial premises to choose from to suit their needs.

Offices here can be rented with flexible terms and there is a choice of both private and coworking premises to pick from. With a host of configurations available and the capacity to find spaces that are either serviced or managed, companies can easily find the ideal workspace in central London. Stylish, spacious and filled with character, offices in Noho are perfect for making an impact and providing a wonderful place to work each day.
