About Noho

An unofficial term that has become widely used, Noho is a creative area that spans the north of Oxford Street between Tottenham Court Road and Great Titchfield Street into Fitzrovia. A lively area of central London, Noho is a desirable business address for companies looking to rent office space in an exciting central London location with excellent transport connections. Over the last two decades, Noho has established itself as the hub of creative media, as well as a host of fashionable bars and restaurants.

In the 1970s to the 1990s, this area was renowned for being a hub for the fashion sector. Today, however, Noho is well-suited to media companies and creative brands as it is home to a number of warehouse-style offices and commercial premises that are freckled with quirky details such as exposed brickwork, high ceilings and wooden flooring. Some of the most notable businesses in the Noho area include international TV production companies, architects, interior design firms and strategists.

Noho Office Space

Many of Noho’s offices are housed in traditional properties that have been refurbished to provide workers with a modern and stylish work environment. Moments from bus routes and Underground stations, these offices provide a great setting for businesses in a range of different sectors who want a central address and great nearby facilities. In particular, small to medium-sized businesses of up to 60 people will have plenty commercial premises to choose from to suit their needs.

Offices here can be rented with flexible terms and there is a choice of both private and coworking premises to pick from. With a host of configurations available and the capacity to find spaces that are either serviced or managed, companies can easily find the ideal workspace in central London. Stylish, spacious and filled with character, offices in Noho are perfect for making an impact and providing a wonderful place to work each day.

Surrounding Areas

Noho is widely considered to form part of Fitzrovia, an area between Marylebone and Bloomsbury in the Boroughs of Camden and Westminster. It is north of Soho and spans the W1 postcode. To the south of this area, visitors will find Oxford Street and to the east, there is Gower Street.

Transport Links

Noho is well-connected for both walking on foot and transport links, making it an extremely desirable location for businesses to rent office space. There are three nearby Underground stations – Tottenham Court Road, Goodge Street and Warren Street – which between them cover the Central, Northern and Victoria lines. A trip to Notting Hill Gate from Noho takes less than five minutes while commuting to Moorgate will take just ten minutes.

There are numerous bus routes in this area and for those seeking a more active way of travelling around the city, it is also easy to walk to the likes of Soho, Oxford Street and Marylebone. London’s airports are also within easy reach. Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport are around 50 minutes to an hour from this area while London City Airport is just 40 minutes away.

Cafés, Bars and Shops

Being centrally located and close to areas such as Soho and Oxford Street means people working in offices in the area have plenty to keep them entertained. From standard chain restaurants and coffee shops like Starbucks to more luxurious restaurants and cafés such as the Riding House Café and Bubbledogs, Noho is packed with eateries, bars and coffee shops.

There are also plenty of cultural pursuits to enjoy on your lunch break, including museums and galleries and pretty garden squares. For shopping, workers have their choice of some of the best stores in the country, from high street brands such as All Saints and Debenhams to luxury retailers like Tissot. For after-work drinks with friends and colleagues, Fitzrovia and Noho have a number of stylish bars and clubs to enjoy, including the sophisticated Roka Charlotte Street and the charming and welcoming Smugglers Tavern.
