HB Reavis’ European co-working brand HubHub has launched its first UK workspace at 20 Farringdon Street. HubHub will occupy approximately 34,000 sq ft of the office building, providing four floors of high quality workspace.
HubHub currently operates sites in Bratislava, Warsaw, Budapest and Prague and has ambitions to expand its presence further across Europe.
HB Reavis bought 20 Farringdon Street in 2014 and demolished the 9-storey, 43,000 sq ft building that stood there. The new 11-storey building was completed in April, totalling 85,000 sq ft of workspace that has been designed to accommodate varying business needs. The developer is offering three different styles of lease at 20 Farringdon Street, including conventional leasing, ‘plug and play’ and HubHub’s co-working facilities.
HB Reavis have said the flexible workspace will cater for businesses of all sizes and the provision of agile workstations in communal areas are complemented by user-focused amenities, including a Zen room, sleeping booth and game rooms.
HubHub will curate a rich roster of educational events to take place in its auditorium for its members and the public, including workshops, masterclasses and panel discussions to facilitate collaboration and business growth.
Located in London’s vibrant Midtown, 20 Farringdon Street is situated moments away from City Thameslink Station. Farringdon Station is also just a short walk away which provides access to three Underground lines and is soon to benefit from the arrival of the Elizabeth line.
