Landsec has let the final 10,000 sq ft at its Nova development in Victoria, taking the development to fully let for the first time since construction was completed in April 2017.
Nord Anglia Education, the world-leading international schools operator, has signed a ten year lease for 10,000 sq. ft. on the fourth floor at Nova South, which it will use for its new headquarters.

The 728,000 sq. ft. Nova development is set across three buildings comprising two office blocks, Nova North and Nova South, and The Nova Building which is residential. In addition to its world-class office space and leisure facilities, Nova Victoria offers an exciting mix of food and beverage options across 17 new restaurants and three pop-up kiosks.
