Engineering, rail, IT and facilities services business, NG Bailey, has selected 20 Farringdon Street as its new base in the capital. NG Bailey relocated from its previous London offices in the Angel Building on St John Street, where it was based since 2011.
NG Bailey will occupy the 10th and 11th floors of the new 11-storey building, which forms part of international developer HB Reavis’ real estate portfolio. Earlier this year, HB Reavis’ European co-working brand HubHub launched its first UK workspace at 20 Farringdon Street.
NG Bailey worked with architectural designer The Workspace Consultants and fit out specialists Maris Interiors to finish both floors, while Vanti incorporated the latest technologies.
The new offices comprise of flexible desks, informal lounge space and collaborative areas, meeting rooms with self-service online booking, breakout booth seating and a designated ‘quiet’ room, promising to offer a true agile working experience.
20 Farringdon Street is easily accessible, located minutes from the new Crossrail, Thameslink and three underground stations.
Managing Director for Services at NG Bailey, Peter Jones, said “This signals a great step forward for our business, moving to a new state of the art office space which offers a first class working environment and enables a more agile way of working for our London-based colleagues.
“We have worked hard to ensure the whole look and feel of our new office really creates an inspiring and innovative atmosphere, as well as nurturing a culture of collaborative working for our employees and visitors.
“Our new office will help us to continue to develop our presence in London, as well as support the future growth of the business.”
