Product Madness, an online social casino operator, is in the process of agreeing terms to take 29,000 sq ft of office space at 1 Finsbury Avenue in the City of London. The firm will occupy the entire sixth floor of the building, doubling the size of its current office at Saffron House in Farringdon. If Product Madness signs an agreement, only the seventh floor of 1 Finsbury Avenue will still be available.

The Grade II listed building is part of British Land’s Broadgate campus, which is undergoing a £1.5 billion investment to deliver a world class, mixed use destination. The masterplan for Broadgate comprises 4.9 million sq ft of new workplaces, retail and restaurants and leisure space, building on its location around Liverpool Street station.

1 Finsbury Avenue provides approximately 244,000 sq ft of contemporary office space around a central atrium. The building will also feature an 11,000 sq ft Everyman cinema in the basement, several retail outlets, restaurants, a gym and British Land’s coworking brand, Storey, which will occupy two floors of office space.

Product Madness is the latest in a stream of businesses not previously associated with City of London locations to have taken space within the Broadgate estate. This includes cyber security and data management company Mimecast, which pre-let 113,000 sq ft of office space at 1 Finsbury Avenue last year, taking more than a third of the space.
