Marketing staff from the online print & design company are set to move into Two Pancras Square in this summer. The Netherlands-headquartered firm will take the fourth floor, joining fellow tenants PRS for Music and SAV Credit.
Kings Cross developers announce that Vistaprint is to rent the fourth floor of Two Pancras Square.
The King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) is lead by Argent LLP and is responsible for redeveloping 67 acres of industrial land that surrounds Kings Cross and St Pancras International train stations
The railway regeneration scheme, which has already attracted the high-calibre tenants such as of Google and BNP Paribas, will soon become Vistaprint’s first UK headquarters.
The international online printing business is based in the Netherlands, with regional HQs in Barcelona and Massachusetts. For Vistaprint, the UK represents the second biggest market within Europe, hence the decision to set up a base in London.
By establishing a King’s Cross office the company intends drive revenue growth and gain insights in to the UK market. The N1 office space will be occupied by a team of marketing and online analytics specialists that will support its client-base of consumer clients and SMEs.
Vistaprint marketing director Emily Shirley commented:
“We are very excited to be opening a fantastic new location in the UK, which is our largest EU market. Vistaprint has already achieved great success here, but we believe that having a bricks and mortar presence will truly allow us to take our value proposition to a new level, by better understanding the needs of both existing and potential new customers.”
Two Pancras Square has been designed by Allies & Morrison architects who were commissioned by KCCLP. PRS for Music and SAV Credit has also chosen to rent space within the same King’s Cross office rental, which will be completed in June this year.
