About High Wycombe

High Wycombe, the second largest town in Buckinghamshire, boasts an ideal position backed by stunning natural beauty of the Chilterns while still benefitting from excellent connections to London. It is perfectly placed for taking advantage of both corporate and leisure activities and is a guaranteed hit with businesses and commuters alike.

This area was a thriving hub for traditional industries like furniture making and print production, which still features as an important aspect of local industry today. Retail businesses and companies from a diverse range of industries now also perform exceptionally well, located in offices in the heart of the town and in business parks on the outskirts. In addition to the Chiltern Hills, High Wycombe is known for the Hellfire Caves, Hughenden Manor and the West Wycombe Park country house – a perfect example of the beautiful period properties dotted around the town.

Over recent years, High Wycombe has been extensively redeveloped which has resulted in a multi-million-pound hotel in the town centre, a large supermarket and huge purpose-built housing to enhance the town. As part of this redevelopment, the area also gained a modern leisure complex and coachway park and ride that provides quick access to London and Heathrow.

Office Space in High Wycombe

There is huge demand in High Wycombe for office and industrial spaces. Commercial property, including coworking spaces in business parks, is enormously popular because of the prime location and transport links, as well as the great facilities the town itself provides.

Offices here are available in various sizes, including large business park settings to accommodate expanding businesses of over 200 people, with both private and coworking needs met. Small and medium-sized businesses may benefit more from modern business premises in converted buildings that still retain elements of period charm, or contemporary offices with impressive exteriors that are available unfurnished so companies can put their stamp on the space.
